The measurements are your overall size of the frame/flange.

Your cutout will be 1.75 inches smaller which is the equivalent of 7/8th inches (.875″) all the way around.

Prices are based on increments of 1 inch but will be cut to your required size, so if you need 12.25 inches wide please select the 13 inches, if you need 10.125 please select the next full inch “11.00 and send us a message or give us a call. We would be more than happy to help.
